Becoming a New Patient

We welcome new patients of all ages — from newborns to adolescents. To register your child, please email us at Mustafa@akpinarclinic.com with the following information:

Parent/guardian full name and email
Child's full name and date of birth
Insurance information (carrier and member ID)
Reason for visit or preferred appointment type
Previous pediatrician name (if transferring care)

Our team will respond with next steps and available appointment times.

Photo ID for parent/guardian
Insurance card (front and back)
Child's immunization records
List of current medications
Any relevant medical records from previous providers
Completed new patient forms (sent by email)

What to Expect at a Visit

Check In

Arrive a few minutes early. Confirm your contact and insurance information with our front desk team.

2️⃣

Vitals & History

We measure height, weight, blood pressure (age-appropriate), and review your child's health history and any concerns.

3️⃣

Exam & Plan

Dr. Akpinar performs a thorough exam, discusses findings, answers your questions, and creates a care plan together with you.

Insurance Accepted

We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact us to verify your specific coverage before your visit.

Saturday – Sunday	Closed

For urgent medical emergencies, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

One parent/guardian must accompany minors under 18
Masks may be required during flu season or illness outbreaks
